The benefits of angelica
Angelica stems and leaves give off a highly aromatic fragrance and are used in traditional herbalism. They offer a soothing infusion rich in natural flavours.
Preparing angelica infusion
To take full advantage of its aromas :
- Use about 1 teaspoon per cup.
- Heat to boiling, then remove from heat.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes or longer, depending on the desired intensity.
